2023 February New Members: Welcome WBD

WBD is a non-profit organization, started in 1981, that works directly with business owners/borrowers in collaboration with lenders to provide a commercial financing option from the Small Business Administration (SBA). This loan – the SBA 504, offers affordable, fixed-rates with a low down payment. So our part of the loan – 40%, offers better terms than the bank side of the loan. Business owners are often then able to afford and be qualified for a loan they can use to grow their business through the purchase of real estate and equipment. The SBA 504 loan helps businesses owners to be able to expand their business, create jobs and build their communities. This is the mission of WBD. And a lot of what we do is educate – to offer businesses expertise on their options for commercial financing. So we like to think we’re providing a resource for businesses all across the state.

We have offices in Madison, Oshkosh, Eau Claire, Milwaukee and Stillwater. We can work with any business and financial institution in and around Monroe.  For more information visit https://www.wbd.org/
