Green County EMS is a private, non-profit, volunteer community service organization. We have been providing emergency ambulance service to Monroe, Wisconsin and the surrounding communities since 1974. We serve the public as a team of dedicated, compassionate, volunteer professionals by providing quality emergency care, education, and community service.

Green County EMS consists of approximately 55 regular volunteers. Seven regular members and seven community advisors make up the Board of Directors. Our service is licensed by the State of Wisconsin to provide service at all levels, up to and including Paramedic.

We are always looking for new members, and we hope to inform and encourage you or someone you know to become part of our team. Residency is not required. Our volunteers come from many cities and towns outside of Monroe and Green County.
