Angela Douglas, LPC, Owner

Angie Douglas is a licensed professional counselor for individuals 13 years and older. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety and panic disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and a full spectrum of conduct, mood, and behavior disorders.
 
Angie received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and human resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2003 and her master’s in mental health counseling from Capella University in 2012. While in graduate school, Angie completed an internship with the Mercy Health System of Janesville, Wisconsin.

After spending five years with Mercy Health, Angie accepted a position with the Monroe Clinic and provided professional mental health services to the residents of Green County for several years.

Angie takes a comprehensive approach to therapy by incorporating many diverse evidence and strength-based practices into her sessions. She often uses a combination of cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and dialectical techniques to lead individuals through the healing process.
