SCWBA was formed in order to accomplish the following things: Promote, encourage and increase the public’s knowledge of the various services available to it in the residential and light commercial construction industry. Educate the public on home improvements and other subjects useful to the individual and beneficial to the community. Improve the quality and character of residential and light commercial construction in Rock & Green counties through the provision and exchange of information, the development and establishment of professional standards, and the promotion and protection of legitimate interest of the public. Coordinate, educate and provide activities to its members in order to satisfy all of the above purposes.
