Groups Find Sweet Success Through Fudgeraiser
Sell Fudge. Raise Money. It truly has been that simple for several local youth organizations. Since launching in April, 2016, Fudgeraiser has helped nonprofit organizations raise over $13,000!
Fudgeraiser began as a labor of love for the Rainbow Confections team. They love making fudge, and love helping to make a difference. The program started with Shakespeare on the Edge and the Juda 6th Grade class. These two groups sold over 275 pounds of fudge in April 2016. The number of groups requesting to have their own Fudgeraisers began to grow, and Rainbow Confections soon realized it would need additional space.
Fudgeraiser purchased 142 N. 18th Avenue, Monroe to house its growing fudge kitchen and office needs. Interior construction finished this month, and Fudgeraiser is pleased to host an open house and Monroe Chamber’s Business After 5 on Friday, May 12 from noon to 7 Pm.
You are invited to taste the fudge, see the new kitchen, and learn how your school or nonprofit organization can find success through Fudgeraiser.
