Please welcome the newest member of our staff, Lori Gaffield Stongle. Lori is our new Administrative and Event Coordinator. We feel strongly that her talents will be utilized in many ways to serve our members.
As a new resident to Monroe, Lori is excited to be joining the staff at Monroe Chamber of Commerce And Industry. Lori recently relocated from Colorado to be near family. Meeting new people, learning the various businesses and great locations in the Monroe area are now her number one priority. Lori has 3 adult sons and 7 grandchildren scattered around the U.S.

Lori brings an extensive resume including a Master’s Degree in Conflict Resolution and experience as Executive Director in non-profit organizations. Serving 17 years at The Center for Conflict Resolution in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, she provided mediation, negotiation, and other forms of conflict resolution. She also served 5 years at the State CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Office providing support, legislative advocacy, and funding to the local CASA agencies. After 22 years in the non-profit sector, Lori worked 7 years as the Assistant Athletic Director at her local High School. Since that time, she has volunteered with a local women’s group to provide scholarships for high school seniors and support to local charities. Cooking healthy meals has been a specialty for Lori and she enjoys providing meals for busy families.
