On Thursday, December 14, the Monroe Chamber Ambassadors paid a visit to Blain’s Farm and Fleet, where Store Manager Dan Lawrence delighted them with interesting insights about the establishment. Here are few fun facts:
-A significant milestone occurred three years ago when Farm and Fleet moved to their new facility, more than doubling their square footage from 35,000 sq. ft to 75,000 sq. ft.
-An innovative addition to their store is the introduction of a drive-up option, allowing customers to conveniently order items online and pick them up without leaving their car. The majority of orders are ready in an hour.
-With a workforce of nearly 100 individuals, Farm and Fleet boasts an employee base where approximately 50% are full-time employees.
-For the second year in a row, the Monroe store won the high honors of being “Store of the Year”.
